ALL INDIA TRINAMOOL CONGRESS PATRONIZES CRIMINALS AND ANTISOCIALS

  1. CPM’s ARROGANT, CORRUPT WAYS PROVED COSTLY: CPI
    January 24, 2012 .
Smarting under the humiliating defeat of the Left Front in West Bengal and Kerala, the CPI has for the first time openly blamed 'big brother' CPI(M) for the disintegration of the Left movement in India.

In a draft political resolution finalised at the national council meet this month and to be adopted at the 21st Party Congress in Patna in March, the CPI lashed out: “The loss of power in West Bengal after 34 years is a political defeat resulting from incumbency due to arrogance of power, corruption and non-democratic functioning of the Left Front.”
Viewed as an attempt to step out of the CPI(M)’s shadow, the resolution stated: “... the CPI continues to be a big Left force in the country” and the party “must strengthen its relation with other Left parties, like Forward Bloc and RSP”.

The document ignored any attempt to consolidate its bond with the CPI(M).

The CPI has also called for unity among 'other Left groups to broaden Left unity' and has for the first time invi-ted the CPI(M-L) to its party congress.

CPI general secretary A.B. Bardhan, without identifying the CPI(M), said: “The largest party in the Left Front indulged in unilateralism. Any front must run with mutual respect.” Mr Bardhan called for an “improved version of the Left Front”.

The draft added: “In Kerala, factionalism in the largest constituent of the LDF resulted in its defeat by a very small margin. Non-functioning of the LDF at the grassroots level was yet another weakness.”

  2. HARMAD HARMAD HARMAD HARMAD HARMAD HARMAD MR. Susanta Ghosh is an Indian politician belonging to the Communist Party of India (Marxist) or CPI(M), currently in jail on murder charges. He was an West Bengal state cabinet minister in the CPI(M) cabinet of 2006 under the Chief Ministership of Buddhadeb Bhattacharya, and is currently Member of the Legislative Assembly from Garbeta (Vidhan Sabha constituency).
In June 2011, after the Trinamool Congress came to power in West Bengal, the police dug up an area near Ghosh's ancestral house in Benachpara, Garbeta, where several bodies had long been suspected to have been buried. They discovered seven skeletons, leading to it being called the skeleton case in the media. Eventually, two of the skeletons were identified by matching their DNA with that of living relatives; they were identified as workers of the Trinamool Congress party, who had been killed in a well-known unsolved crime from 2002. Ghosh was identified as the leader of the murderous attack, and his anticipatory bail of two weeks was cancelled in August 10, 2011. [1]. He has been remanded to further judicial custody after testimony from other arrested accomplices[2]

    Abduction and Murder in 2002

In 2002, seven Trinamool Congress workers were abducted by the CPI(M) from Keshpur in West Midnapore. While two bodies were recovered, five others were never seen again.
At the time, CPI(M) had been governing West Bengal for several decades. After nine years, when Trinamool Congress came to power, the area where the bodies were suspected to have been buried was dug up and the skeletons were discovered. One of the skeletons was identified by his son based on its shirt, and an FIR was filed against Ghosh. The case came to be known as the Garbeta Skeleton case.
Meanwhile, the CPI-M party newspaper, Ganashakti claimed that the charges were politically motivated[3]. Shyamal Acharya, who had filed the FIR, had been arrested in 2009 for storing firearms unlawfully in his house.[4].

  3. SUBJECT : HARMAD MR. SUSANTA GHOSH. DNA EVIDENCE
Later, the Central Forensic Science Laboratory determined that DNA obtained from the teeth of two of the skeletons[5] matched those of two trinamool workers, Ajay Acharya and Swapan Raju Singh[6]. After this his anticipatory bail was cancelled.
A CID officer indicated that one eye-witness to the murders, Gobinda Majhi, has been identified. Majhi has said that five Trinamul supporters rushed into his house in Godapiashala village while being chased by about 40 CPI(M) workers. They were then dragged out by the CPM activists, hacked and shot in the courtyard of his house. Gobinda had fled in fear. Next morning, he returned and found his cart missing. He presumed that the bodies had been taken taken away in the cart. Out of fear of the ruling CPI(M) party, he never told about the incident to anyone.
At least two other Trinamool workers have testified about the attack that night; they had managed to escape with bullet injuries in the hand and arm.[7]
A few days after this, the local administration quickly accepted the villagers’ long-standing demand of building a mud wall around the wetland. It was suspected that this was done so that no one could approach the area where the bodies had been buried; the CPM cadres in fact warned the villagers not to trespass there[8].
Ghosh's confidential secretary Debasis Pain and two CPM workers have also been arrested in the case[9]. The police claim that these three persons have said that the murders were planned by Ghosh, and that he was personally present when the bodies were being buried[10].
    [edit]Shankar Shau, CPIM leader, arrested
On September 3, another key accomplice who had gone into hiding, the CPI(M) local committee secretary Shankar Shau, was arrested from Kolkata. Shau, who had been the headmaster of Benachapra Primary School, had been expelled from the party for corruption in 2007, but was re-instated at Ghosh's instance[2]. Other witnesses have pointed to Shau as being the ringleader of the gang who chased and killed the Trinamool workers in 2002. Shau is also suspected of running a arms racket for CPIM workers.[2]
Ghosh had been in the news earlier for suggesting, in November 2010, that the CPI(M) cadres should beat up Trinamool workers ("Prem noy, oder pyadani din.", No love, just thrash them.)[11]

  4. HI.........HARMAD . Singur Tapasi Malik(16 years) - Raped and burnt alive in Singur ________________________________________________________________
Singur Tapasi Malik(16 years) - Raped and burnt alive in Singur
________________________________________________________________ The dubiousness of the suicide theory spread by the
CPM propoganda machinery is crystal clear.

    1. A girl of a peasant family would have used easily available pesticides for that purpose but it has now been proven that a complex aromatic organic compound, more volatile than kerosene, was used to set Tapasi on fire. It was done so that no evidence remained,This has been confirmed by D.P. Tarenia, the CID inspector-general.

    2. A girl would not spray petrol on her abdomen to get herself killed, generally people spray these stuff from above.

    3. Why should a girl try to seek a pit to commit suicide and why should she first go down the pit and then set herself on fire ?

The pit was dug so that she could be buried and all her traces would disappear and she would become just another name in the missing list at the local police station.

    4. Her hair was found strewn all over the different parts deep
inside the guarded area in different spots. It had been ripped off from her
scalp while she was still alive.

    5. She was found with her tongue protruding out,
which clearly proves she was tortured before she was burnt.
    6. Her loin clothes lay far apart from her body.

    7. Why would a girl choose a protected area and heavily guarded area
    to commit suicide ?

    8. How can a girl like that get into such a heavily guarded area
if she even wanted to ?

    9. Why did the police try to push a statement through her
father that she committed suicide ?

10.The cuts on her ankles, has now led the CID to believe that she was
dragged through the field by her hair....

This was the horror of the last moments of Tapasi Malik's short life .
These are the unanswered questions to this fantastic suicide theory
spread by the CPM propoganda machinery.

What has really happened behind the scenes.

    1. Tapashi - 16 year old peasant girl was actually a leading figure in organizing the movement from the field. She did not shift places to be in the limelight when the press came. She was embedded there. A girl who while still in her school led the sit in hunger strike at the main village. She was actually coming closer to the Naxalites.

    2. CPM goons were targeting her right from the day they started pouncing on the villages. She however averted arrest and that is why the police and the CPM cadres were all seething with rage and were waiting for the opportunity to settle scores which presented itself yesterday.
    3. She is one among a handful of young girls who organized the movement at the grassroots level.

    4. CPM local leader Bimal Safui conspired to “teach her a lesson” and these goons and the police declared that openly, while ferreting suspected naxalites from the villages.

Tapasi is the second martyr , the first one was Rajkumar Bul who succumbed to the police lathicharge on 25th of September. Tapasi’s death was brutal. The people now are far more united and now they are on the ground fighting. The whole of West Bengal is now volcanic. Peasants of areas that have been targeted for forcible taking over are up in arms and have now vowed to engage in militant resistances.

Tapasi lives now and will live as long as the peasantry will
continue to fight against the marauders and
    capitalist roaders.

  5. Singur Tapasi Malik(16 years) - Raped and burnt alive in Singur
    ________________________________________________________________
Tapasi Malik 16 yrs - A strong willed girl and one of the youngest and most dedicated organisers in singur.

The CPM propoganda machinery has launched a massive disinformation
campaign claiming that Tapasi had committed suicide,
to cover up the crimes of it's lumpen cadre and Calcutta Gestapo Police.

It is extremely likely that even as I type this all the evidence is being
systematically destroyed to protect the perpetrators of this
henious crime despite Buddhadeb claiming that he will hand
the case over to the CBI for an impartial enquiry.

Civilization has indeed died in the fields of Singur....

16 year old Tapasi raped and burnt alive because she stood up to the
    CPM-Police-Corporate Mafia Raj in singur.

    The Real Story and event's
    ___________________________
At around 5:00AM on 18th of December 2006, Tapasi Malik the only young daughter of Monoronjan Malik, a sharecropper went out in the field to answer nature’s call. They generally go out at the wee hours in the morning but the spot is not very far from their homestead. The spot happened to be now falling near to the guarded area- the area that is now guarded with barbed wires by the state government. The state government guards a space of about 1000 acres to be given over to TATA MOTORS toward their mini car factory.

CPM goons and the police dragged Tapasi into the guarded area. She was then repeatedly gang raped and then to wipe out any proof of rape she was taken to a open pit and burnt off live. The abdominal area was specifically totally burnt off.

The villagers came to see the fire around 6:00 AM and rushed to the spot. The police appeared and did not allow the villagers to approach. They baton-charged them away, while they were frantically trying to remove the burnt portions of her body from the pit. The police then immediately declared that it was a case of a suicide.

They then caught hold of her father and forced him to write that she had some family problems that led her to commit suicide. Immediately the villagers pounced upon the police, they tore off all the papers and then forced the police to rewrite them. Meanwhile the leaders of opposition parties and the leader of the opposition in the legislative assembly came in and made the police rewrite the FIR.
